 Work Out Help Out (WOHO) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening communities AND its volunteers.
WOHO makes service fun by incorporating exercise, music, and socialization.

Walk with the Mayor:
Join us for a walk with Mayor Ivy R. Taylor on Saturday, January 28 at 8am . These walks are a great chance to explore different parts of San Antonio while walking with members of the community and Mayor Taylor.

Make your New Year’s resolutions a reality and demonstrate your commitment to the health of our community by registering for the IT’S TIME TEXAS Community Challenge on January 9th! Walk This Way San Antonio:
‘Walk This Way SA’ is a 12-week walking education program powered by Humana which is starting on January 21stand meets twice per week in 10 different locations (one per council district).  
Over the 24 sessions, participants will learn the fundamentals of fitness walking and will prepare themselves for a 5K walk/run on April 22nd at South Side Lions Park.  We’d love assistance with marketing the kickoff to this program.

We're so excited to share Episode 2 of our FitCitySA show with you all! Many thanks to Project Phoenix, UTSA Coordinated Program in Dietetics and San Antonio Sports for being part of this awesome project. 

 

Good luck to all of those participating in the Rock 'n' Roll marathon events this weekend! In this video you can see how San Antonio Sports is helping our young students train for thier Kid Rock event.
